Common failures, causes and remedies

Compressor can’t be started up normally

 

  1. capacity isn’t adjusted to “0” position                              
  2. coaxiality of the compressor and motor surpass the tolerance
  3. oil or liquid refrigerant in compressor
  4. abrasion and burn inside the compressor
  5. power off, low voltage (below rating 10%) or electric failure
  6. improper regulation of pressure controller or temperature controller,which make the contact open frequently
  7. pressure difference controller or thermorelay doesn’t reset after disconnection
  8. master motor coil burns or short circuit
  9. coils of potentiometer, contact device, intermediate relay burn or poor contact
  10. improper regulation of temperature controller or open failure of the magnet valve
  11. false connection of the wires in electric control cabinet or instrements box
  12. over high pressure in the units。
  1. discharged to “0”position
  2. calibrate the coaxiality
  3. rotate the coupling joints of the compressor to drain the liquid
  4. disassembly and repair
